Our Return Policy

You may return most unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note:

  • All returns must include the original packaging
  • Items must show no signs of wear or damage
  • Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on Overshoes and Clogs unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse at the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Exchanges
